The blog is not my favorite place to get my message out.  I prefer the weekly column I write, the facebook page I work with my team to update and the twitter notes I send out on occasion.

Yet, the blog keeps going and growing for other people in my network.  I come back to it on occasion and find that it is a place to get the words out.  But unlike other bloggers who gets lots of comments and have a conversation with people, my comments are mostly from spammers.  Why is that?  What would you like me to talk about so that we might be able to converse once in a while.  As I’ve said, I travel, I speak, I write, I run a company and I golf. So blogging isn’t super high on my list.  But if you give me a few more ideas of what you want to hear about I’ll work on it in the coming months.

Keep learning.  Keep asking for feedback.  And keep being positive and believing in yourself.
